Privacy Policy

1. Basic Provisions

The controller of personal data according to Art. 4 point 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: "GDPR") is:

2. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

The controller processes personal data that you have provided to them, or personal data that the controller has obtained based on the fulfillment of your order:

  • First and last name

  • E-mail address

  • Postal address

  • Phone number

3. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The legal basis for processing personal data is:

  • Fulfillment of the contract between you and the controller according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.

  • The legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial communications and newsletters) according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

The purpose of processing personal data is:

  • Processing your order and exercising the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller.

4. Data Retention Period

The controller stores personal data:

  • For the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship (maximum of 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).

  • For the period until the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn.

5. Recipients of Personal Data (Subcontractors of the Controller)

Recipients of personal data are persons:

  • Involved in the delivery of goods / services / execution of payments based on a contract (e.g., PPL, Zásilkovna, Česká pošta).

  • Providing e-shop operation services and other services in connection with the operation of the e-shop.

6. Your Rights

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have:

  • The right of access to your personal data.

  • The right to rectification of personal data.

  • The right to erasure of personal data ("the right to be forgotten").

  • The right to object to processing.

  • The right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

7. Security of Personal Data

The controller declares that they have taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.

8. Final Provisions

By submitting an order from the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the privacy policy terms and that you accept them in their entirety. These rules take effect on January 1, 2026.
